How to play
- Open bule.ai and choose Describe it.
- Look at your card, for example UMBRELLA. Banned words: rain, wet.
- Describe it out loud: "You open it above your head when the sky is grey. It keeps you dry."
- Bule guesses. When it says the word, the next card comes.
- Try to finish all 5 cards before the clock runs out.
Why it is good speaking practice
In real life, you often do not know a word. Good speakers do not stop. They describe it: what it looks like, what it is for, where you find it. Describe it trains exactly that skill, and it is fun, so you practice longer.
It also makes you talk in longer sentences, because short answers rarely work. That helps with exams and with everyday conversations.
Tips to win more cards
- Say what it is for: "You use it to...".
- Say where you find it: "You see it in a kitchen...".
- Say what it looks like: size, colour, shape.
- Give an opposite or a similar thing: "It is not hot, it is the opposite."
- If Bule is close, help it: "Yes, almost, but smaller."
An example round
Here is how one card can go. The card says KEY. The banned words are door and lock.
You: "It is small and made of metal. You carry it in your pocket or on a ring with others. You need it to get into your house or to start a car."
Bule: "Is it a key?" The card is won, and the next card comes. Notice that the description used easy words: small, metal, pocket, house, car. You do not need rare words to win. You need to keep talking and give one more clue each time.
Who it is for
- Beginners who want a short, clear goal for their speaking practice.
- Learners who know many words but cannot find them fast when they speak.
- Exam takers who want to practice explaining things without stopping.
- Anyone who wants a quick, fun daily habit. One round takes only a few minutes.
The same cards for everyone
Each day has its own 5 cards, in the same order, for every player. So you can play with friends, compare your score, and talk about the hard cards. New cards come every day.
