bule.ai is operated by Fikri Karim, an individual (sole proprietor) based in Indonesia. The core service is free today, but we may offer paid, auto-renewing subscription plans. This policy applies to any paid plan, and it is written to be simple and fair.
If you are charged, you can get a full refund within 14 days — no questions asked. This is true for your first payment and for any renewal. It does not matter how much you used the service. Just ask, and we give your money back.
How to ask for a refund
Email us at [email protected] from the email address on your account. If you can, include the Paddle order number from your receipt — it helps us find your payment faster. You can also just reply to your Paddle receipt email, or use the links inside it. We confirm your refund within a few business days.
Who sends the money back
Your payments are handled by Paddle, acting as our merchant of record. So Paddle issues the refund to the same payment method you used. The money usually arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund
These are two different things, and it is easy to mix them up:
- Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- A refund gives your money back for a charge you have already made.
Cancelling does not automatically refund your latest charge. If you also want that money back and you are within 14 days of the charge, just ask us — we are happy to help.
After 14 days
After 14 days, charges are generally not refundable. But if something went wrong — you were billed after cancelling, you were charged twice, or you could not use the service — please contact us at [email protected] and we will sort it out.
Try before you buy
You never have to pay to try bule.ai. There is a free tier, so you can practice speaking English and see if you like it before you ever spend anything.
Your legal rights
Consumers in the EU and the UK have a legal 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase, and Paddle handles this for you. Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you have under the laws of your own country.
