Premium is sold in the bule.ai mobile app through your app store, and on the web at app.bule.ai through Stripe, with Link as the seller. Either way it is priced in your local currency, and you see the exact price, including tax, before you pay. The first charge happens on the day the free trial ends.
Yes. Real-time voice conversation with your tutor is free and unlimited, and it stays that way. Premium adds Notes, Callbacks, all of Progress, and your own scenarios on top. It does not take away what is free.
Both plans start with 7 days free. On the web we offer the trial only if your bule.ai account has never had Premium in any store; in Google Play and the App Store, the store decides. Your first charge happens on the day the trial ends. Cancel before then and you are not charged.
In the mobile app, through your app store, with whatever payment method you have set up there; Google or Apple is the seller. On the web at app.bule.ai, through Stripe's checkout page, which shows your price in your local currency, including tax, before you pay. Link (link.com, a Stripe company) is the seller of web purchases: your receipt comes from Link and your statement shows LINK.COM*. The seller handles billing and local taxes.
Any time, where you bought Premium. On the web: app.bule.ai → Profile → Manage subscription, or app.link.com → your subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → bule.ai → Cancel subscription. On iPhone or iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → bule.ai → Cancel Subscription. Your Premium access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds go through the store you bought from: Link (support.link.com) for web purchases, Google Play on Android, or Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) on iPhone and iPad. A refunded charge ends the Premium it paid for at once. See our Refund Policy for the steps. If you get stuck, email [email protected] and we will help.
Yes, at app.bule.ai. It is the same Premium, with the same plans and free trial. The Android app is on Google Play, and on iPhone and laptops bule.ai works in the browser. One bule.ai account has one Premium: buy it once, in any store, and it works on the web and Android when you sign in with the same email. Buying it in two stores charges you twice, so cancel the one you do not want.
